All of Urban Terrace’s standard house models have spacious open areas on two to four sides, depending on the size of the plot. These open spaces are designed to provide fresh air and natural sunlight, which can have a positive impact on your health and mood. It is always important to prioritize the well-being of your family, and having these features in homes can make a significant difference.

Each layout of these villas and bungalows is designed 100% as per Technical Vaastu compliance. A Vaastu-compliant building is believed to bring prosperity, happiness, and well-being to its occupants by harmonizing the structure with nature, using geometric patterns (yantras), symmetry, and directional alignments.

This home design has been thoughtfully created to strike a perfect balance between liveliness and relaxation. We have carefully incorporated green areas and a pergola into the design to create a calming space on the terrace, which is often overlooked. One of our top priorities is to ensure a comfortable and welcoming entrance to every home, as well as ample ventilation and natural light. Adequate water storage capacity

Water is essential for the survival of any urban family. That’s why we have given special attention to water storage in all our designs. Depending on the size of the house, there will be an underground water tank ranging from 1000 to 3000 litres and an overhead water tank ranging from 1000 to 2000 litres in each household. These tanks will be constructed with high-quality materials to ensure their durability.

Spacious Kitchen with Dining Area

Homes with large kitchens that include a dining area are indeed popular among many homeowners and buyers. The trend reflects the modern preference for open-plan living, where the kitchen acts as the heart of the home and a space for cooking, dining, and socializing. When planning layouts, we have considered this trend and provided a spacious kitchen in each home.

However, the provision of safe and uninterrupted natural gas through pipelines is offered by only a handful of companies. We consider the provisions for PNG pipelines during the planning and construction of residential properties to maintain a reliable and cost-effective alternative for gas in the future.

We offer a standard one-car garage in our layouts but can also provide options for two-car garages or even three-car garages for larger households, ensuring that the layouts are scalable and adaptable to the varied needs of our customers.
